Entropy and mutual information

Hello everybody,

I have some trouble to use the mentioned function within the Java Hugin api. getEntropy and getMutualinformation are not recognized within the java environment.
What do I have to consider?

Hello,

Please post the part of the code where these two methods are called including the definition of the nodes in order to determine the types of the nodes you are trying to compute the entropy and mutual information for.
