Problems with "Print Probabilities"

The "Print Probabilities" functionality in the HUGIN GUI prints the "monitor window" of selected nodes to printer (or file, if selected). Only chance and decision nodes have monitors associated. Utility and instance nodes do not have monitors associated. Thus, it is not possible to print the probabilities of a utility node or an instance node (or its encapsulated nodes as they also do not have monitors).
(A null pointer error may appear due to a bug in the error handling in version 6.5 (and earlier versions). This bug is corrected in 6.6 (but 6.6 also does not allow you to print probabilities of nodes inside instance nodes).)
