Assigning names to intervals and programming equations
« on: February 10, 2012, 06:07:30 »
I am a Netica user moving to Hugin which appears to have a number of potential advantages over my old software. A couple of niave questions. Firstly, is there a function equivalent to the Label and Value option in Netica which allows alphanumeric labels to be assigned to interval and numerical values so that state names are displayed but the underlying values can subsequently be used in equations (by reference to the node name only). Secondly, I model contaminant generation and often use complex equations. Is there an equivalent to the Netica equation pane where an equation can be programmed in say Word, and copied into the relevant node.

Thanks for the help
