Title: Prediction
Post by: nadia.minicuci on November 14, 2007, 18:17:52
With reference to the prediction issue, how and where do I get the predicted values of one variable, given the learned network? This is useful to measure the percentages of successes. Moreover how can I estimated the ROC area?

You may either use the command ph -inference to compute the probability of a case or a set of cases using a response file or use the command accuracy with the option -probs to output the probability of each case in a file of cases.

Patterns & Predictions does not have a command for computing the ROC area.
